As you embark on your one hour Sound Meditation Journey, we will help you get comfortable in our custom made hammocks from Bali to rest, relax, and float while you're surrounded by sound vibrations. Francesca will play our sound healing instruments such as quartz and Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes, Chau gong, and more. You will be transported into a state of deep relaxation above the ground.
This class is limited to 10 spaces.
Pre-registration is required.
