A workshop dedicated to demo, breakdown, and modify the basic elements of traditional vinyasa with Ariel.

Chaturanga, cobra, and downward dog are all movements we might be familiar with but rarely dive deep into. This specialty class will offer each student deeper alignment cues, pathways to strengthen, and the use of your breath for a vinyasa flow.

We will be using props such as a strap, blocks, bolster, blanket, and anything necessary to support you along the journey. No prior experience is require. These movements are an essential foundation to all levels.

When: Saturday, May 9th
Time: 3:00 - 5:00 pm
Cost: $35 (early birds save $5 before 5/2)
