Slow down and honor the turning of the season at this special Winter Solstice workshop. Join Nikhil and Jenny for a grounding yoga practice, paired with calming meditation, soothing sound bowls, and live guitar. As we move into the quieter energy of winter, take this time to reconnect with yourself, relax, and reset. Warm tea will be served to complete this grounding experience.

Please bring a journal, your favorite mug and anything else you need to be comfortable.
