Our upcoming group training cycle for Run the Rainbow for Children's of Mississippi 5K, 10K, Half or Full Marathon starts Monday, December 15! This training cycle can be modified to work for any March event! 

Our personalized RunStrong training plans will have you ready for race day! We focus not only on endurance but on building and maintaining strength, along with improving mobility to prevent injury. 

To give our runners the support they need, we have at least 3 group workouts and runs each week- Tuesday and Thursday at 6 pm and Saturday mornings at 7 am. Members also get 24/7 access to RunStrong HQ, our run-centered fitness training facility, along with access to coaches, and discounts on run specialty products and events.

Run the Rainbow has given us a free entry for anyone signed up for the RunStrong training group for their race! We’ll have a drawing on Monday, January 5!
