What's your next running goal? Have you thought about training for your first half marathon? OR do you want a PR in a marathon? Whatever it is, you can do it and we can get you there.

Our next training cycle starts on Tuesday, August 25th, with a goal of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Half and Full Marathon in Biloxi, on Sunday, December 13th. This plan also works for the St. Jude on December 5th, Rocket City December 13th or any December marathon. We can modify it to work for a race in January also!

Our customized Runstrong endurance plans will have you ready for race day! We focus not only on endurance but on building and maintaining strength, along with improving mobility to prevent injury. 

To give our runners the support they need, we have at least 3 group workouts or runs each week- Tuesday and Thursday at 6 and Saturday mornings at 7. Members also get 24/7 access to RunStrong HQ, our run-centered fitness training facility, along with access to coaches, and discounts on run specialty products.
