A 2-Hour Workshop of Deep Rest, Healing & Renewal ?

Join Emily for a nourishing evening designed to help you slow down, soften and reconnect through the healing practices of restorative yoga, energy work and guided meditation ✨

This 2-hour workshop offers a gentle and supportive space to regulate the nervous system, release physical and energetic tension, and invite profound rest. You’ll be guided through a series of fully supported restorative yoga postures using props to encourage complete comfort and ease, allowing the body to unwind and the nervous system to settle into a state of deep restoration ?‍♀️

Throughout the practice, each participant will receive individualized hands-on energy healing, blending Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy, offered during the restorative postures. These gentle healing modalities work to support energetic balance, encourage release of stagnant energy, and create space for greater harmony, clarity and renewal ?✨

The evening will close with a deeply restorative guided Yoga Nidra meditation, inviting you into a state of conscious rest where the body can restore, and your subconscious patterns can begin to shift — creating space to reprogram the mind and body for greater ease, resilience and the capacity to thrive ?

This workshop is an invitation to pause from the busyness of daily life and enter a space of receiving, stillness and inner transformation.
