Holotropic Breathwork offers a direct way to explore that inner terrain.

Developed by Stanislav and Christina Grof, Holotropic Breathwork is a powerful experiential practice that combines accelerated breathing, evocative music, focused bodywork, and a carefully held container to support expanded states of consciousness. In this space, participants often encounter powerful emotional release, meaningful insight, archetypal imagery, and a renewed sense of connection to the deeper layers of the psyche.

Dreamshadow breathwork workshops are designed to support this process with care, experience, and respect for each participant’s unfolding journey.

Over the course of the weekend, participants will take part in two breathwork sessions, breathing in one session and serving as a sitter in another. The rhythm of the workshop also includes integration time, mandala drawing, and opportunities for reflection and group sharing.

The historic Brandon Inn provides a beautiful and spacious setting for the work, allowing participants to step out of the ordinary pace of life and enter a focused space for inner exploration.

This workshop is open to both newcomers and experienced breathers.

Dreamshadow workshops welcome the full spectrum of human experience and support the exploration of healing, creativity, and transformation.
