Childbirth education is an essential part of your success in your natural birth choices. It is also REQUIRED by the Agency of HealthCare Administration (AHCA) that all birth center clients attend childbirth classes. We want to make your class experience the best it can be. We know that you are busy, so we have packed 8 classes worth of material into 4 classes.

The Refresher Class is a one day only class 9am to 3pm for those who already have the experience and knowledge of having a natural birth before. It also has a lunch break. You can go out for lunch or bring lunch in. It is a long day, so we encourage you to bring pillows, yoga ball if you like, food, drinks or whatever you’d like to help make it more comfortable for you. You will have access to a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and keurig/coffee bar.
