An Evening of Energy, Meditation & Sound with Barb & Emily

Journey inward through the seven chakras in an evening designed to invite relaxation, connection and transformation.

We’ll begin with restorative therapeutic yoga and energy healing, using supported poses to create a deeply restful environment while energy healing is offered throughout the practice. This gentle, hands-on energetic work invites you to settle inward, become more aware of your own energy and create space for balance and renewal.

From there, you’ll be guided through a chakra-focused meditation and immersive sound journey. As we move through the seven chakras, singing bowls and other sound instruments will create tones and vibrations associated with each energy centre. The resonance and vibrational qualities of the sounds offer an opportunity to experience each chakra through meditation, sound and energy, moving toward a greater sense of harmony and connection.

This is an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life and experience the power of energy healing, vibration and meditation in harmony — turning inward to reconnect with your inner wisdom and create space for greater balance, unity, peace and transformation.
