Tower Trail / Stony Brook loop is one of our favorites.About this EventJoin our naturalists for a moderate/difficult trek from Stony Lake, to the steep Tower Trail, then onto the AT and back along Stony Brook trail. Bring plenty of water and snacks. We will move at a good pace and appreciate our surroundings.We depart at 9:00 am, so arrive with enough time to get yourself situated.Mileage: ~5.5 milesDifficulty: Moderate-difficult, uneven/rocky/steep terrain. Tower Trail has a scrambling section that requires you to lift yourself up and over rocks.Trailhead / Parking: Stony Lake parking lotPlease read the directions and details below, and if you have further questions, call (973) 948-3820.Leave No Trace and Happy Trails!DIRECTIONSDo not rely on GPS.
