There, through accessible, all-ages, hands-on collaborative workshops, they strengthen community bonds and create temporary artworks and/or performances.Every Friday in July and August, join local artist Aditi Ganeev Sangwan in Eastbourne Park for a free hands-on cyanotype (sun printing) workshop. Each workshop will start with a nature walk during which you will learn about the native and invasive plants in the park. During the walk, you'll collect the plants that you will use to make your prints.After the walk, Aditi will teach you the cyanotype (sun printing) process, including safety procedures and creative techniques. Your prints will be made on paper in the shapes of birds, butterflies and flowers. Your prints will be displayed on the fence at the "Tiny Forest," creating a beautiful temporary communal public art installation.Join us for an afternoon of learning and art making. Bring the entire family and create art together!This workshop is for all ages and experience levels.
