In these workshops, you will learn simple and accessible nature journalling techniques like drawing, watercolour, printmaking, and more that encourage curiosity, creativity, and mindfulness.Weekly Workshop Themes:Thursday, August 6 - Movements in the Park is an introduction to improvisational movement.Thursday, August 13 - Pocket Landscapes is an introduction to watercolouring.Thursday, August 20 - Botanical Prints is an introduction to making plant prints.Join us for evenings of exploration, mindfulness and creativity. Bring the entire family and learn together!This workshop series is open to drop-in participants.
