Step aboard for a sparkling holiday getaway as we journey from Toronto to the magical Niagara Region for a day that truly celebrates the season. Our first stop is lunch at Betty’s Restaurant, a beloved local favourite known for hearty home-style cooking and warm hospitality. Enjoy a leisurely lunch and perhaps a slice of their famous pie before we continue to the festive heart of Niagara Falls.
After arriving at Fallsview Casino you will have some free time to take in the holiday decor and enjoy their elegant concourse, casino and abundance of gaming options. Then be prepared to be dazzled at the “Christmas On Ice” show in the Avalon Theatre inside the casino. A spectacular celebration of skating, song, and seasonal cheer. World-class skaters glide across the ice to beloved holiday tunes, blending breathtaking choreography with dazzling costumes and shimmering lights. It’s a winter wonderland brought to life right before your eyes.
We’ll finish the day with a leisurely twilight drive along the Niagara Parkway, where the dazzling displays of the Winter Festival of Lights transform the landscape into a glowing wonderland. From start to finish, it’s a festive day filled with sparkle, good food, and heartwarming memories — the perfect way to welcome the holiday season.
We will have a short dinner and restroom break at a highway travel plaza on the way back to Toronto.
