Info: I will share a little about my journey with Reiki and why energy alignment matters in everyday life. We will also be setting an intention for the workshop during this time.

Info: I will be using chakra visuals, explaining what energy centers are, how they influence life, and what happens when they’re blocked. I will keep it simple with real-life examples (root = money stress, heart = heartbreak, crown = loss of purpose).

Info: We will be exploring various energy healing techniques and bringing awareness to any subtle sensations like warmth, tingling, or magnetic pull.

Info: A calming meditation through each chakra (root to crown), using colors, breath, and visualization. As participants meditate, I'll walk around the room giving each person a brief Reiki “sample” (1–2 minutes of energy flow at shoulders, crown, or heart).

Info: Participants will be invited to share their experiences (what they felt, saw, or realized)
