A Sound Healing Journey
You are warmly invited to a soul-soothing evening of Sound Healing & Meditation.
A sacred space to just be, to rest, release and realign.
A guided meditation to lead you gently in.
Allow yourself to be gently held by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, drum, gentle percussion instruments and koshi chimes.
Allowing the body to fall back into balance as the vibrations cascade through your body, calming the mind, easing tension and restoring your inner peace.
This nurturing session will support you to:
Let go of stress, tension & old emotional patterns.
Deeply relax the body & quiet the mind.
Open the heart & clear energetic blockages.
Reconnect with your inner calm & clarity.
