We also know that we all love to eat, and the types of food we eat underpin how we feel on every level. Food and lifestyle affect our physical, emotional and sometimes our spiritual wellbeing. We also understand that using different modalities is powerful for the healing of our bodies, yet it appears to be in human nature difficult for people to be consistent when taking care of themselves. This is influenced by many factors, three of which may be long-held beliefs, lack of confidence, and not knowing where the solutions are.Roots of Wellness cooking retreats and training days all have a holistic application.
