This gathering is for anyone craving space to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and simply breathe. If you feel pulled in a hundred directions, need time to reflect, or want to realign with your inner rhythm, this is a chance to pause.
No yoga experience is needed — just a wish to give yourself space.
