Your student can order Grab & Go lunch (see Parent Square messages) or bring their own lunch. Activities will include a Touch-a-Truck, holiday crafts, indoor sports, outdoor play, and bingo!

PLEASE ARRANGE FOR TRANSPORTATION FOR YOUR CHILD AS THERE ARE NO BUSES AT THE END OF THE STAY & PLAY AT 2:50PM.

***Please Note: Capacity is limited. This form will close when we reach capacity or on 12/16 whichever comes soonest. Payment can be made as part of this registration or via cash/check made payable to the "Liberty PTO". ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY Tuesday, 12/16.
