Join us for a high-energy morning that combines fitness, community, and rescue!
Fit Factory hosting a partner-style workout that’s designed to be accessible for everyone, whether you’re experienced in CrossFit or brand new to working out. No partner? No problem. They’ll pair you up!
This event is open to members and non-members, so bring a friend and make it a fun Saturday morning for a great cause.

After the workout, meet some of our adoptable dogs and learn more about how you can support rescue through adoption, fostering, volunteering, or donations.
