Our peer-led group meets every other Wednesday from 11:30am to 1:00pm at The Braintree Hub, 67 High Street, Braintree, CM7 1JX.

This is a gentle, non-judgmental place to share experiences, support one another, and feel heard. Whether you’re newly seeking support or have been on your journey for a while, you’re welcome exactly as you are. ?
