Dive into deep rest and relaxation in this 75-minute Yoga Nidra class. The first 30 minutes includes live music with special guest Teresa Kingsley. We will do breathing meditation and gentle, restorative movement to shift into a deep state of conscious sleep for the rest of the class.  With Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep we get to discover our essential nature, this class includes hot tea and hot rocks from Lake Superior in hot towels with essential oils.
