The ABC's of the Lymphatic System and Yoga Workshop

Please join us for this special event to learn more about the locations of the primary Lymphatic System structures, then take a deeper dive into how yoga asanas (postures), vinyasa (sequenced flows), and pranayama (breathing) techniques work to improve the overall function and health of our lymphatic (and related) body system(s).

All levels are welcome. Join us at 10:30am for tea prior to the workshop.
