As we reach mid-winter, the winter solstice, the shortest days and longest nights, energy levels can be stretched, maybe more so as we navigate what can often be a busy festive period.

Take some time for yourself this year, a day of nurturing and nourishing yourself.

Come fill up and replenish your cup and leave feeling blissed out and ready for the few weeks ahead.

In flow, we shall journey through the day together through:
▪Welcoming Circle
▪Breathwork
▪Cacao Ceremony
▪Oracle Cards for guidance and clarity
▪Dynamic Yoga session to warm, stretch and strengthen.
▪A delicious and nutritious seasonal vegan lunch - menu to be confirmed by in house chef and husband, but expect some tasty winter warmers!
▪Sound Bath healing, with crystal singing bowls.
▪Journaling, Solstice Rituals, sharing circle.
▪ Restorative rest practice and reiki healings.

Instructions
Please bring:
▪Water to keep hydrated.
▪A journal and pen.
▪ Wear clothes you can comfortably stretch and move in.
▪Layers, slippers/socks to keep cosy.
▪bolsters, blankets and mats are provided, though you are of course welcome to bring your own or anything extra you might need.

There are also, as with all my longer events, 2 low income places available. This ticket is available to anyone on a low income or in financial situ that needs to access it. No questions asked, no explanation needed. Just trusting in your honesty.?
