These workshops are designed for you and a friend to work together on a small project, for example this could be weaving a cushion cover. You will be sharing a loom throughout the workshop and working collaboratively. Whilst one person is weaving the other will be choosing colours and winding pirns ready for the person weaving. You will swap over throughout the session so you can both have time on the loom. You will have the choice to either make two small pieces of weaving so you can each take a piece home separately or to produce one longer piece together.Agnis will guide you through the day, giving demonstrations as well as offering 1 to 1 support. She is a Designer Maker Researcher and Educator who loves to make, create and teach. Agnis has a passion for textiles and specialises in weave.
