- **Event Description**: Join us for a collaborative and informative event about our School Health Hub pilot in Bradford SchoolsAbout this EventSince March 2025, we have been piloting a School Health Hub model in partnership with Education Alliance for Life Chances (EALC), Dixons Academies Trust, Oastlers School, Centre for Applied Education Research, Citizens UK and BDCFT Children’s Services. The pilot has been developed in response to the growing health and wellbeing needs of children and young people across Bradford District, bringing partners together to deliver earlier support, improved access to services, and better outcomes within a familiar school setting.At this event, we will share insights from the pilot, including the benefits of the School Health Hubs for pupils, families, and schools, as well as what we have learned through joint delivery.
