Welcome to the Sacred Women's Circle, Intuitive Dance, Cacao Ceremony & Journaling event! Join us on Sun, Apr 21, 2024 at 7:30 PM for an evening of connection, movement, and self-discovery. Located at 219 Connie Crescent, Concord, ON, Canada, this in-person gathering will provide a safe space for women to come together and explore their intuition through dance, cacao ceremony, and journaling. Open your heart, awaken your senses and tap into our sacred safe space where real, raw truth flows freely, acknowledged and embraced. We’ll begin the night with a profound spiritually grounding cacao ceremony that sets the tone for your journey into the dance of life.

🧘‍♀️ Intention Setting & Guided Meditation: Immerse yourself in a guided meditation, allowing you to connect with your inner self and explore the depths of your soul, preparing for the dance that follows.

👯‍♀️ Somatic Warmup and Movement Exercises: Engage in somatic warmup and movement exercises to attune your body and mind, allowing you to connect with the present moment and prepare for the dance flow experience.

💃 Intuitive Dance Journey: Dance freely and spontaneously with the full moon glow, expressing yourself and shedding the fears that bind you. Allow the rhythm of the music to guide you on a magical journey, as this mystical experience will illuminate your internal fire and awaken your soul, inviting you to explore the profound and beautiful unknown that lies beyond.

📓Closing & Sharing Circle: Conclude the evening with a closing and sharing circle, where we come together to honor the transformative journey we’ve shared.
