To wrap up the year, we'll be hosting two off-ice sessions on Tuesday, 16th December, to coincide with Christmas Jumper Day, with the proceeds raised going to Save the Children. So feel free to dress Christmassy!

These sessions will allow you to choose the one that best supports your skating goals (or you can certainly attend both).

FITNESS & JUMPS (Main Upstairs Area)
Franki will guide you through how to warm up effectively off the ice before your skating sessions, then will take you through your paces to enhance your fitness and the height and quality of your jumps.
