10-12: Vision board making and intention setting
12-1: Lunch and tea ceremony. Bring your own lunch, tea will be provided
1-3: Frequency sound healing and journaling
3-4: Closing

There is no charge for the days activities but donations are always appreciated to help cover the cost of space and materials. 

You may bring some of your own items for the vision boards &/or to share if you would like to. 

Please pre-register via email or messenger so we can be sure to have enough materials for everyone. Walk-ins are welcome but materials may be limited.
