This event is for those who’ve attended and supported this group. 
Spaces will be limited based on room size. So once full I’ll post up. 

Come along for fun and relaxed session of Drumming using traditional handheld drums (Shamanic style) and explore using or experiencing a range of sound instruments from Gongs, singing bowls to rattles/bells and immerse yourself in sound.
As normal part of the evening you may lay in the centre to receive healing or just be immersed in sound. 

There will be some nibbles, tea/coffee or soft drinks and a social after.

No experience needed and some drums available if you don’t have one. 
Booking is essential (no refunds )to ensure the group stays strong and available to everyone. Please check availability before making payments. 
£15 per person.
