Difficult Conversations & Return to Work

This session is delivered as part of Healthy Working Life, a joint programme from the West Yorkshire Combined Authority and NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board.

Healthy Working Life supports the region’s ambition to build a healthier, more inclusive workforce by helping people stay in, or return to, good-quality employment.

Designed for managers and people professionals, this session focuses on building confidence in managing health-related conversations and return-to-work discussions. You’ll leave with actionable skills to reduce risk, support retention, and handle complex cases with greater assurance.

This session will be delivered in one of the following West Yorkshire locations: Leeds, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Halifax, or Bradford. Venue details will be confirmed closer to the event, depending on attendance numbers.
