Perhaps you always go with the colours recommended on the pattern? Or do you feel like you

always stick to a set of ‘safe’ colours you know work? Then this is the workshop for you.

Sophie will take you through all the steps to start building your colour confidence. You will have a

brief overview of colour theory and how that can be helpful when building your colour confidence.

Before moving on to look at practical way to build your colour confidence, which you will have

chance to put into practice using different examples.

What should I bring?

Feel free to bring a notebook with you if you would like to take notes. Print outs and everything

else you’ll need for this workshop will be provided.

Suitable for beginners?

This workshop is aimed at experienced crafters who find it difficult choosing colours for their

projects. You could have just started crafting a couple of months ago or have been crafting for

years. This workshop would not be suitable for people who have never done any crafting.

About Sophie

Sophie is a lifelong crafter who loves to experiment with colour. She finds it fun and enjoys trying

new colour combinations but knows lots of crafters don’t feel that way.

She has spent the past 9 years creating an intentional approach to building colour confidence.

She has distilled this down into this workshop and also a course.

Sophie believes that anyone can build their colour confidence by following a few simple steps.
