You are invited to a restorative spring weekend of slowing down, immersion in nature and the chance to reconnect with yourself and the season with other like-minded men. The IceBreakers team will guide, support and challenge you whilst you forge new connections and inspire transformative growth together. The camp experience includes:
- Fire sharing circles and talks after dark by the flames, hosted by Jack Horner
- Qi Gong movement and breathwork
- Deep Breathwork experience led by Shanti Faiia
- Wild foraging and fire cooking with Lee Moreton of Food / Fire / Knives.
- River dip and cold water introduction.
- Wood-fired sauna session and cold plunge
- Digital + time detox.
