*ARE BEGINNERS WELCOME?*
YES! This is an ALL LEVELS CLASS.
Beginners are absolutely welcome and I will always do my best to accommodate and offer modifications.
You are always welcome to stay within your capability throughout class. My role as teacher is to be your guide but you are free to stay within your own limits.
Yoga classes are designed to offer a healthy challenge to build strength, stamina & flexibility while at the same time promoting presence and mindfulness (the ultimate goal of yoga).
Each class will vary - some will be easier than others- and each class includes a "pinnacle pose", which is usually a more advanced pose we work toward as a class and modifications are offered for those who are beginners. Usually these are offered at end of class and gives us something to reach toward as our practice evolves.
