This Mother’s Day, we invite you to gift yourself a soul-nourishing evening of rest, reflection, and sisterhood.Join us for a heart-opening experience designed especially for moms—whether you're raising little ones, holding grown hearts, or nurturing others in your own unique way. This evening is all about you.

Our Flow for the Evening:

Begin with a group chant of sacred mantras to open the heart
Flow through a grounding yoga sequence with mindful breathwork and meditation
Sink into deep relaxation with a 432 Hz crystal singing bowl sound bath
Receive an uplifting group message with poetry, visualization, and affirmations

Close with love: a small Mother’s Day gift and refreshing organic iced tea

As the sun kisses Mama Earth goodnight, let’s breathe, soften, and reconnect—with ourselves and each other.
