Join us for an unforgettable five-course wine dinner featuring some of the most iconic wines in the Wagner Family portfolio. This curated evening highlights the depth, richness, and craftsmanship that have made Caymus and its sister labels favorites among wine lovers around the world.
Each course has been thoughtfully paired with selections that showcase the distinct character of California's celebrated growing regions. From the expressive brightness of Conundrum to the coastal elegance of Mer Soleil and the bold structure of Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon, this dinner is designed to explore the full range of Wagner Family winemaking. The menu has been created to complement each wine and offer a seamless journey through flavor, texture, and terroir.
Seating will begin at 6:45 pm with hors d'oeuvres in the ballroom. Introductions begin promptly at 7 pm with the first course arriving shortly thereafter.
