In this new Sewing 101 class, you will learn how to operate a basic sewing machine, how to perform a few different stitches and learn a ton of helpful skills to get you started on your sewing journey. In this new version of Sewing 101, students will make a seasonal shaped plush pillow from fleece, stuff it and learn how to sew it up. Once you learn the basics, we can recommend some great local spots for more advanced workshops. For this specific class, the seasonal pillow options are food based and include (choose one by adding a note to your purchase): a tomato, an olive or a mushroom. Projects will rotate seasonally and have special offerings time to time.
