I will be talking about our overall wellness, using tools we instictively use, but may not know why we use them, or even how to use them, such as tapping, havening and breathing. These are gifts we have to our disposal but most of us have no idea. Hopefully we will do some demos, time allowing so everyone gets to try out some of these techniques. Slow controlled breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which reduces stress hormones, improves focus, supports heart rate vaiability, sleep and over all emotional regulation.
Jeanette is a Certified Breathwork Facilitator, as well as an EFT Practitioner, Havening practitioner, and Hypnotherapist and works with Somatic Healing. She is dedicated to guiding both adults and children through profound emotional healing and release.
She works in person and online, offering one-to-one sessions, group work, and support in corporate settings.
Jeanette brings a grounded yet compassionate approach to her work. She supports individuals, (including our inner child) who are struggling to feel safe, seen, know they are enough, and valued as they reconnect with those parts of themselves they left behind when it wasn't safe to 'Feel' and be 'Seen'.
She has a natural wisdom, a calming presence and an intuition to help when people feel stuck and guide them back to self acceptance and love. She does this in such a natural way, helping clients re-connect with themselves.
