Ann's Yoga classes offer a combination of breathing and stretching techniques to allow you to explore mind and body awareness. Ann is a qualified yoga teacher trained in Hatha yoga and registered with Yoga Alliance. Her classes are aimed at all abilities and focus on yoga postures interwoven with breathwork, mindfulness and flow. Then join us in the cafe after your session for a coffee (regular drink including herbal tea/ coffee / selected soft drink)
