This isn’t just about the dancing, it’s building a community of women, who may not feel so confident or adequate because life gets in the way as a mum, adult, work life or just being a woman carrying the weight of the world!
I nearly believed I couldn’t get back into dancing but my fitness journey this year proved myself wrong. I can and I will with consistency, balance and hard work.
