Studies show that intentional laughter lowers cortisol, increases feel-good endorphins, and improves heart-rate variability — a key marker of nervous system resilience. Give your body and mind a natural, uplifting reset.All proceeds will go toward supporting a dear member of our community on their healing journey. Together, we can share the power of community, intention, and compassion.✨ No experience necessary. Just bring an open heart. ✨You will need:Yoga mat / camping mat or similar to lay on - If you would prefer to sit, chairs are available.Some water or a drink for afterPlease arrive 10 minutes early to find a space and get settled. We are unable to admit people who arrive late as it would disturb the session.Payment all proceeds will be donated to the fund for Camilla and family - we will have a jar in the room for donations also.Please note - Whilst Sound Baths / Gong baths are suitable for most, it is not advised in the following situations:Uncontrolled high blood pressureRecent surgery (especially abdominal, chest, or hernia-related)Heart conditions (including angina, arrhythmias, or recent heart attack)EpilepsyActive infections or feverPregnancy (caution with strong laughing exercises)If you have had alcohol or taken drugs this is not the space for you, get in touch for a 1:1 sessionThis is a community session - reduced and supporter tickets help everyone receive the opportunity to come along.
