A Three-Week Usui Reiki Training & Embodied Energy Journey

Reiki is a practice of connection — to yourself, to others, and to the subtle energy that moves through and around us.

Over three consecutive Wednesday evenings, you’ll be guided through a progressive Reiki journey that begins with self-healing, expands into healing for others, and then moves beyond physical proximity into distance healing and energetic space clearing.

This intimate three-week container is designed to give you both the traditional foundations of Usui Reiki and the opportunity to experience Reiki as an embodied practice — something you learn not only through knowledge, but through feeling, sensing, practising and integrating.

WEEK ONE — REIKI FOR SELF

Foundations of Usui Reiki

We begin with the foundations.

You’ll be introduced to the lineage and teachings of Usui Reiki, honouring the traditional system and the lineage through which these teachings have been passed down.

Together we’ll explore:

* The lineage and foundations of Usui Reiki
* What energy is and how we experience it
* The principles and philosophy underpinning Reiki
* The chakra system and our energetic anatomy
* Becoming a clear conduit for Reiki energy
* How to activate and work with Reiki within yourself
* How to facilitate a self-Reiki healing session
* Creating a safe and intentional healing practice

You’ll then be invited into a 7-day self-Reiki practice between Week One and Week Two, allowing you to move from learning about Reiki into actually experiencing it within your own body and energetic field.

Week One is Reiki for YOU — understanding your own energy, your energetic body and how to work with Reiki within yourself.

WEEK TWO — REIKI FOR OTHERS

Expanding Your Practice

Having established your own relationship with Reiki, we begin to explore what happens when we extend that healing energy towards another person.

Building upon the energetic foundations from Week One, you’ll begin applying your understanding of energy and the chakra system to the facilitation of Reiki for another person.

You’ll learn how to:

* Prepare yourself as a Reiki practitioner and conduit
* Facilitate a Reiki healing session for another person
* Work with your understanding of the chakra system in another person’s healing
* Develop your energetic sensitivity and awareness
* Create a grounded and supportive healing environment
* Use Reiki to support friends, family and loved ones
* Deepen your understanding through hands-on practice

This is where Reiki begins to move from a personal healing practice into something you can consciously share with others.

Week Two is Reiki for OTHERS.

WEEK THREE — REIKI VIA DISTANCE

Expanding Beyond Physical Space

In our final week, we explore one of the most beautiful and expansive aspects of Reiki: distance healing.

We’ll explore the traditional Reiki symbols and the role they play in refining intention, focus and energetic connection.

You’ll learn how to:

* Facilitate a distance Reiki healing
* Work with a surrogate during distance healing
* Use Reiki symbols within your healing practice
* Strengthen intentionality and energetic focus
* Develop a distance healing process that feels grounded and effective
* Work with Reiki for homes and environments
* Facilitate energetic space clearing and cleansing

This final week invites you to consider what becomes possible when we understand Reiki not simply as something that happens through physical touch, but as a practice of intention, connection and energy.

Week Three is Reiki BEYOND physical proximity.

TRADITIONAL LINEAGE. EMBODIED TEACHING.

My Reiki teachings are grounded in and honour the Usui Reiki lineage that forms the foundation of my own Reiki journey.

As we move through the three weeks, however, we won’t remain solely within the theoretical or traditional framework.

I’ll also be weaving in my own embodied learnings, experiences and understanding from years of working with energy and the human body.

This means you’ll receive the foundations of the system while also being encouraged to feel, experience, question, practise and develop your own relationship with Reiki.

Because Reiki is something you learn with your hands — but ultimately understand through your whole body.

WHAT YOU’LL LEAVE WITH

By the end of this three-week container, you will have been guided through the foundations required to:

✦ Facilitate a self-Reiki healing session
✦ Facilitate a Reiki healing session for another person
✦ Facilitate a distance Reiki healing
✦ Work with Reiki symbols
✦ Facilitate a Reiki-based home and space clearing

Upon completion, you will receive Usui Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 non-practitioner certifications.

These certifications establish your foundational Reiki training and personal practice. They are not professional practitioner certification.

WANT TO TAKE REIKI INTO YOUR PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE?

For those who feel called to work professionally with Reiki — whether you are wanting to become a Reiki practitioner in your own right or you already work with clients and would like to integrate Reiki healing into your existing service offering — a dedicated Practitioner Extension will be available.

This additional training will build upon your Level 1 and Level 2 foundations and include practitioner-focused learning, case studies, professional practice and further mentoring to support you in confidently incorporating Reiki into your work.

The Practitioner Extension will be offered as a short online mentoring and training pathway following completion of this three-week container.

A SMALL, INTENTIONAL GROUP

This training is intentionally limited to 10 students.

This isn’t a large-scale workshop where you sit in the back of a room and absorb information.

You’ll have space to practise, ask questions, experience Reiki for yourself and learn alongside a small community of women who are exploring their own relationship with energy and healing.

Attendance at all three evenings is required.

The three weeks are designed as a progressive journey, with each session building upon the one before it.
