- **Event Description**: Once again we will be joining Urban Observers in Barrett St Park for an evening of free stargazing - www.seqas.org/event-6687539 .   September 19 is NASA's International Observe the Moon Night so this month's observing session will be focussed on our nearest neighbour - THE MOON.  We will also try to target a wide range of objects, including Venus and hopefully Saturn later in the night, Open and Globular Star Clusters, Nebulae, binary star systems and more.  Please be considerate of people at the telescopes when you arrive and leave and don't shine lights towards the viewing area.  Although it will be just before the start of Spring, it still gets cool once the Sun sets so wear appropriate clothing.  This event is suitable for everyone and there is no cost to participate.  The event is dependant on clear skies, so please follow www.facebook.com/OurNightSky for any updates or cancellations.
