Slowdown + Sound is an evening invitation to pause, soften, and settle into deep rest. You’ll be guided through the deeply relaxing practice of Yoga Nidra before being immersed in a soothing sound offering featuring crystal bowls, gong, and other resonant instruments.

Yoga Nidra is a guided practice of conscious rest that allows the body to become deeply relaxed while the mind remains gently aware. No experience with yoga or meditation is needed, and there is no physical practice required.

Come as you are. Get comfortable. Let yourself be held by sound, stillness, and spaciousness.

We’ll close the evening with light refreshments and a little time to linger.

Bring: Your favorite cozy layers, water, and anything that helps you feel comfortable. Props are provided.
