Self-Love 101 is an introductory class for anyone longing to build a deeper, more compassionate relationship with themselves. This experience is designed to gently yet powerfully explore what self-love truly means—and how to practice it in real, everyday life.

Guided by Tracey Lee, a seasoned teacher, intuitive facilitator, and wise guide, this class moves beyond surface-level affirmations and into embodied understanding. Drawing from her nearly twenty years of teaching and her well-honed “Pearls in the Toolbox,” Tracey offers practical tools, universal truths, and grounded wisdom that help transform self-love from a concept into a lived experience.

With her genuine, no-holds-barred approach and deeply nurturing presence, Tracey creates a safe and sacred space where participants are invited to soften, reflect, and reconnect with their true selves. This offering is shared in the spirit of accessibility and community. A $25 self-love (love) offering is welcomed but never required.
