Join us for a nourishing Gentle Yoga practice designed to support your body, calm your nervous system, and invite ease back into your day. This class moves slowly and intentionally, focusing on gentle stretches, mindful breath, and simple postures that are accessible for all levels.
Gentle Yoga is perfect for beginners, those returning to movement, anyone experiencing stress, stiffness, or fatigue, or those simply craving a softer, more grounding practice. Expect plenty of options, rest when needed, and an emphasis on listening to your body rather than pushing it.
We’ll close with a short guided relaxation to help you fully integrate the practice and leave feeling centered, relaxed, and supported.
