Matt Martin has dedicated 30 years to the nonprofit sector, working on issues ranging from nuclear nonproliferation to local community development. A Nebraska native and Creighton University graduate, he began his career in Washington, D.C., serving a U.S. Senator and several policy think tanks. After living in various communities across the country, he returned to Omaha in 2017, most recently leading refugee programs at Lutheran Family Services before joining NAM in 2024. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with family, playing music, building furniture, and biking.
