Beginner Belly dance Monday

This is a 6 week one hour class.
West Omaha location 2304 S 135th Ave
Beginners classes focus on basic belly dance movements, posture and music for new dancers. Basic belly dance movement means movement on the body lifts, drops, slides, circles, figure eights and undulations are introduced and drills for understanding. Everyone learns at their own pace.
Wear something comfortable, dance shoes, slippers, socks or barefoot are acceptable, no street shoes. Bring water!
