This is a 24-hour team event where teams of six rotate through 24 Australian Hero workouts, each one written to honour the men and women who lost their lives in the line of duty.

Held around ANZAC Day, this isn’t just a workout. It’s a reminder. A tribute. And a way for us to do something meaningful for those who served — and for those still living with the impact of that service.

Why this matters

Nearly 49% of veterans experience mental health challenges within the first 12 months of discharge. Between 2001 and 2017, 419 serving, reserve, and ex-serving ADF members died by suicide.
This event raises vital funds and awareness to support veterans and their families — and that support is urgently needed.

• Form a team of six
• If you want to be a Team Captain, message the host for the Captain link
• Once registered, you can add your teammates
• Anyone is welcome — any gym, any background, any fitness level
