Genealogy with Patrick

The Boyne District Library will be hosting Genealogy with Patrick on Saturday, February 21st from 1:00 - 3:00 PM in their lower-level meeting room. This month's class will focus on scanning family history materials and setting up digital files to help organize research findings. The tips and concepts presented can be applied to any type of document or photo collection, so those attending are encouraged to "think outside of the box" and explore new ways to store, present, and share their family and local history memorabilia. Long-time local historian and Professional Genealogist, Patrick McCleary, will lead the group’s discussion. This program is free and open to the public and all are encouraged to attend.
