Alzheimer’s Support Group: Reflecting on Our Caregiving Journey

Are you caring for a loved one experiencing brain changes caused by dementia? Join senior care experts from Chestnut Knoll for an Alzheimer’s Support Group, a program of the Alzheimer’s Association®, featuring insightful topics designed to help family caregivers. The next meeting will be held on Thursday, Dec. 18, at 6:30 p.m., at 120 W. Fifth St., in Boyertown.

This month’s discussion, “Looking Back with Compassion: Reflecting on Our Caregiving Journey While Caring for Ourselves,” will give us a chance to pause and consider our experiences— processing this past year’s ups and downs with gratitude, peace and less self-criticism.
