Unlocking Ancient Flavours with Mindy Woods: A 45-60 minute journey into Indigenous cuisine where guests are invited to smell, touch, taste, combine and connect. Mindy's refined, vegetable-driven approach celebrates produce at its peak, elevated with precision, imagination and deep cultural knowledge. 

Simon's Garden Party: You're not entering a masterclass, you're arriving at Simon Evans' place for a garden party. Grab a drink from the esky, help chop herbs, tend the BBQ and share in the stories that have shaped one of Australia's most instinctive and generous cooks. Informal, interactive and deeply grounded in place. 

An Immersive Fire Experience with Francis Mallmann: An intimate two-hour session over fire. Part demonstration, part conversation, part cooking class. Guests get involved, ask questions, watch and eat together with the Godfather of Open Flame Cooking himself. 

Teaching Creativity with Mark Best: A 45-60-minute session unpacking the original dishes that defined Marque and Infinity. Mark's signature approach to modern Australian cuisine, turning local, seasonal ingredients into artful, flavour-packed creations.
